Spice Mix for Bombay Mince Vegetable Curry
Suggested Recipe: Pav Baji
Ingredients Required: Potatoes 500g, Cauliflower 100g, Capsicum 50g, Tomato 100g, Green Peas 100g, Onion 50g - chopped, Garlic paste 2 tbsp, Ginger Paste 1 tbsp, Chilli Powder 1 tbsp for extra spicy Pav Bhaji.
Method: boil all the vegetables, heat butter on a pan, and mash all the boiled vegetables. add onoins, capsicum. ginger and garlic paste. saute for a few minutes and add 4 tbsp of mangal pav bhaji masala with a little water and mash the vegetables. serve hot garnished with freshly chopped coriander leaves and buttered bread rolls.
