Seafood Stir-Fry

Ingredients: 300g peeled prawn, 150g scallops, 200g fish fillet, 1 small piece of ginger, sliced, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 200g snow peas, 2pkt Orient Stir-Fry noodles, 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil.

Stif-Fry Sauce: 4 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp pure sesame oil, 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp sugar.

Method: Mix ingredients of stir-fry sauce in a saucepan, heat gently.  Remove from heat and set aside.  Heat oil in wok.  Stir-fry prawns, scallops, fish and vegetables with ginger and garlic till cooked.  Add in noodles and stir-fry sauce, cook for 2-3 minutes or till mixture is almost dry.  Serve immediately.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, potato starch, gluten, salt, corn oil, colouring (gardenia seed), vinegar, water.
