Kuah Kari Daging - Meat Curry Sauce
A spicy aromatic ready-to-cook curry sauce for meat with coconut milk, chilli, coriander and spices.
1. Add 300g diced chicken or beef and 1 pack of Brahim's Meat Curry Sauce to 300ml (1 1/4 cups) water.
2. Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
3. To enchance flavour, add 100g vegetables, e.g potatoes and carrots.
Onion, coconut milk, water, palm oil, salt, chilli, coriander, sugar, ginger, garlic, tumeric, modified tapioca starch, cumin, fennel, curry leaves, star anise, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and cardamom.
