Cantonese Sweet & Sour Meat or Seafood

Ingredients: 1 packet Asian Home Gourmet Cantonese Sweet and Sour Stir Fry SpicePaste, 305g seafood, fish or meat, cut into bite sized pieces, 2-3 tbsp corn or wheat flour, 60g frozen mixed vegetables, thawed before use or sliced bell peppers, 1 tin (464g) pineapple chunks (reserve 1/2 cup (110ml) juice and use 200g pineapple chunks), vegetable oil for frying.

Method: Dust meat or seafood with flour and pan-fry until cooked. Set Aside. Mix Spice Paste with pineapple juice; bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Stir in mixed vegetables or bell peppers and pineapples; simmer for 3 minutes. Add cooked meat or seafood and stir well. Serve hot with rice.

Tomato paste, sugar, garlic, soya sauce (soyabean, wheat flour, salt, sugar, hydrolysed protein from soya), soyabean oil, salt, spirit vinegar, natural herbs and spices, pineapple flavour.
50g
