Soba Noodle Salad is a popular cold dish that is tossed with a special blend of soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice, sesame oil with a tinge of wasabi. It is usually served as a refreshing appetiser or a side dish in restaurants.

Japanese Noodle Salad

Ingredients: 1 packet Asian Home Gourmet Japanese Noodle Sauce, 100g (3.5 oz) soba noodles (to cook the noodles, follow pack instructions), 60g (2 oz) crabsticks, shredded or cooked prawns or mussels, 4 leaves (60g / 2 oz) iceberg lettuce, cut into strips, ½ cucumber (60g / 2 oz), shredded, ½ carrot (60g / 2 oz), shredded, 5 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters

Method: Combine the above ingredients and toss with Sauce in a large bowl. Chill before serving
