Korean Bulgogi Meat Marinade Spice Paste
Description
In Korea, Bulgogi literally means, "fire meat". Traditionally, thin strips of marinated beef are cooked over a charcoal fire using a dome shaped griddle and are served with lettuce, raw sliced garlic and red hot pepper paste.

Beef Bulgogi
Ingredients: 1 packet Asian Home Gourmet Korean Bulgogi Marinade, 350g (3/4 lb) sliced beef, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, Sesame seed, sliced green chilli and spring onions as garnish
Method: Marinate beef with marinade and oil in a large bowl. Cover and leave for at least 1 hour. To pan-fry: Heat frying pan on high heat. Add marinated meat; stir-fry for 4 minutes or until the beef is cooked. To charcoal/electric grill; Place meat on the grill and cook over high heat. Garnish and serve with lettuce leaves, sliced raw garlic and/or red hot pepper paste (optional) or rice.
