Chicken Tom Ka

Boil 1 cup (240ml) coconut milk.  Add 300g chicken meat together with contents of this packet.  Cook until chicken is well-done.  Add 2 cups (480ml) water.  Simmer until chicken is tender.  Add one more cup (240ml) coconut milk and 100g mushrooms.  Bring to a boil and ready to serve.  Add fish sauce and lime juice to taste.

Salt, galangal, lemon grass, soybean oil, sugar, monosodium glutamate (E621), green chilli, shallot, coriander root, kaffirlime peel, citric acid.
