Shoyu is a traditional Japanese product.  Soya beans and whole wheat are naturally fermented in cedar casks for two years, resulting in a unique, full-bodied colour flavour and aroma.

Ideal for soups, salad dressings, sauces, brown rice, vegetable dishes and oriental cooking.

No added preservatives or caramel.
