Good Hemp Hemp Seed Hearts

The main act, the reason we’re all here. Our little hemp seed hearts are light and nutty, and can be used in pretty much every way imaginable. They go with everything from porridge and yoghurt to stir fries and salads.

We remove the shells (they don’t taste great and get stuck in your teeth) but other that, it’s just little hemp seeds in a nice pouch. Inside the seeds, it’s a different story. They’re full of all sorts of good, packed with protein, fibre and omega 3, aka the three things you’re constantly being told you need more of.
