Recipe Suggestion
For 1 glass of lentils, add 2 glasses of cold water, bring to the boil and simmer until cooked. Add salt, pepper, lemon and olive oil to taste, or your favourite salad dressing. Can be used as a main meal vegetable, a vegetarian dish, included in salads or added to soups and stews.
