Roast Duck
Rinse one duck of medium size and pat dry. Sprinkle contents of this packet over duck. Soak and rub thoroughly inside and out. Let set for one hour. Place duck in oven at 375F or 190C for 30 minutes. Turn duck over and bake until duck skin is crispy.
